School Registration and Abstract Submission

Registration includes full access to all lectures, class materials, workshops and coffee breaks. Capacity is limited to 30 participants, please register early. Only individual registrations are accepted. Abstract submission is required for school participants.

Payment:

Due to security reasons, we only accept direct bank transfers. Credit cards, checks and cash are not accepted for Conference registration. After we confirm your pre-registration, please contact School Secretariat for bank details and payment instructions. An invoice will be issued electronically, so yu can proceed with your payment. Once we recieved your registration payment, the Registration Confirmation/Paid invoice/Receipt will be sent to you by post and email. Only payments from pre-registered delegates will be accepted. There will be no registration on site.

Important Notes:
Submitted papers cannot be edited or corrected. No tables, figures or references. Deadline for abstract submission is March 20th. All authors must receive a written confirmation of their registration and abstracts being received by the School Secretariat. Revisions of the abstracts by their authors (for clarity, style and language) may be requested by the Program Committee.
