• Conference delegates will benefit from special rates at Oktyabrskaya Hotel – a historic central St. Petersburg hotel.
• Deadline for guaranteed accommodation booking: March 16, 2011. We may not be able to offer you accommodations after this date.
• Deadline for hotel pre-payment: April 1, 2011. Due to high season, we will require full pre-payment for your hotels before this date.
• All accommodation bookings must be handled by the Conference Secretariat.
• Due to heavy season, full pre-payment of Hotel Accommodation will be required before a confirmation of reservation is sent.

Accommodation cancellation and liability policy:

• All cancellations must be made by written notification and addressed to the Conference Organizers by post and e-mail.
• Due to heavy season in St. Petersburg in May, 1-night cancellation fee will apply if cancelled before Feb 28, 2011; 3-night cancellation fee will apply if cancelled before April 15, 2011. No refund will be possible if cancelled after April 15, 2011.
